Lead Medical Support (RN/MA)

About the Role

The Lead Aesthetic RN/MA plays a critical role in executing BevelUp’s clinical experience at the highest level. This position is responsible for supporting providers in delivering seamless, safe, and elevated treatments while maximizing provider efficiency, schedule performance, and overall clinic flow. This individual operates as the bridge between providers, operations, and guest experience, ensuring that every detail, from room readiness to consumables to client communication, is executed with precision.

Beyond clinical support, this role is responsible for managing Medical Assistants across both locations, optimizing scheduling, maintaining inventory discipline, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Professional Objective:

Support BevelUp’s providers, operations, and guest experience teams by delivering seamless clinical assistance, optimizing provider efficiency, maintaining operational excellence across both locations, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the elevated BevelUp standard.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Support & Guest Experience

  • Support providers during consultations and treatments, ensuring seamless execution and elevated guest care
  • Prepare guests for treatment, including intake verification, medical history updates, and pre-treatment photography
  • Act as a scribe during treatments to ensure accurate, real-time documentation
  • Educate guests on pre- and post-care to reinforce safety, trust, and retention
  • Anticipate provider needs to optimize treatment flow and minimize downtime between appointments
  • Ensure every guest feels confident, informed, and well cared for throughout their visit

Provider Efficiency & Schedule Optimization

  • Manage and oversee provider schedules across Midtown and Water Street to ensure optimal flow and productivity
  • Monitor daily execution to ensure providers are on time, rooms are turned efficiently, and schedules are maximized
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or delays in real time and proactively resolve
  • Support utilization optimization by ensuring schedules are structured to support revenue and guest experience
  • Partner with Guest Relations and Leads to ensure strong alignment between booking, flow, and execution

What You Should Have:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetics, wellness, or plastic surgery
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, clinical workflows, and patient care standards
  • Experience managing teams and overseeing multi-location operations preferred
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Highly organized with strong operational and inventory management skills

Guest Relations Specialist

About the Role

We’re seeking a warm, polished, and dependable Guest Relations Specialist to be the face of BevelUp. In this role, you’ll create exceptional first impressions, deliver 5-star hospitality, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the spa operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with both providers and guests, supporting daily operations through outstanding customer service, clear communication, organization, and a natural ability to guide sales conversations.

Professional Objective: 

Serve as the face and first impression of BevelUp, delivering a five-star, Ritz Carlton-level experience that is warm, professional, and memorable. Own the guest relationship with authenticity and care while strategically driving revenue through client retention, rebooking, retail sales, and expert-level knowledge of all treatments and offerings. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest warmly, by name, with a welcoming smile and presence that embodies the BevelUp lifestyle. 
  • Deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience that feels high-touch, personalized, and refined. 
  • Create an immersive sensory experience in the lobby — ensuring a pristine, elevated, and peaceful environment at all times. 
  • Offer first-time guests a brief spa tour and help orient them to the BevelUp experience. 
  • Own the rebooking conversation and proactively guide guests to their next appointment to maintain treatment consistency and results. 
  • Increase retention by discussing future treatment plans, provider recommendations, and the value of continued care. 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all services and products in order to confidently educate guests and increase retail sales. 
  • Promote memberships, gift cards, and featured promotions with clarity and enthusiasm. 
  • Maintain clear, efficient communication with providers, medical assistants, and management to ensure a seamless guest journey. 
  • Accurately track bookings, adjustments, and cancellations while optimizing the provider schedule for productivity.
  • Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and solving challenges with grace and confidence.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge of availability and offerings.
  • Help fill less desirable appointment times strategically and manage the guest book to maximize capacity.
  • Adhere to all local and federal regulations and HIPAA compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Experience in high-end guest service, luxury retail, or aesthetic/wellness environments preferred. 
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills. 
  • Knowledge of spa menu offerings and medical aesthetics treatments (or willingness to learn). 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. 
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment. 

What You Should Have:

  • Customer Service (minimum 1 year experience)
  • Retail or Sales Experience (1-3 years of experience)
  • Aesthetic/Medspa Experience (preferred but not required) 

Job Type: 

  • Part-Time Position: 20-29 hours 
  • Full-Time Position: 32-40 hours
